Welcome to MUV Relocation LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting or using our moving or labor services, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below. These terms apply to all services provided by MUV Relocation LLC, including but not limited to:

• Local and In-State Moving

• Full-Service Moving

• Packing, Loading, and Unloading

• Furniture Preparation, Assembly, and Disassembly

• Piano and Safe Moving

• In-House and Labor-Only Services

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Estimates and Payment

• All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on actual time, labor, distance, materials, and conditions on-site.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated in writing.

• We accept standard forms of payment (cash, card, or other approved methods).

• Deposits, when applicable, are non-refundable unless canceled within the allowed cancellation period.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Weather or other uncontrollable conditions may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

4. Liability and Claims

• While we handle your belongings with care, MUV Relocation LLC is not liable for items packed by the customer, pre-existing damages, or items prohibited by law.

• Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion, along with proof of damage.

• Our liability is limited to $0.60 per pound per item unless additional valuation coverage is purchased before the move.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must ensure safe access to the property, accurate descriptions of items to be moved, and proper preparation of all items.

• Fragile or high-value items should be disclosed and properly packed before moving.

• MUV Relocation LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, building access, or other factors beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
